What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- your name and email address (required)
- your company name and phone number (if you choose to give them)

We don't use your details for marketing mailing lists, we don't sell them, and we don't use them for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We only share your data with the service providers we need to run this website and our business. They act on our instructions and must keep it secure:
- the service that delivers our website form to our inbox (Netlify Forms, provided by Netlify, Inc.)
- our email provider (Google Workspace, provided by Google)
- our website host (Netlify, Inc.)
- our accountant, if you become a customer, for invoicing and tax records
We may also share data if the law requires us to, for example with HMRC or the police.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or a UK adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you.
- Customer records: kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year in which the work finished, to meet tax and accounting rules and in case of contract claims.
